RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Emirates Emporium, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase!


⏰ RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


💰 RETURN HANDLING FEE

To cover return shipping, inspection, and processing costs, we charge a 10 AED handling fee for all returns.

This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exception: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, there is NO handling fee - we cover all return costs and provide a full refund.


✅ ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • ✅ Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused with all original tags attached
  • ✅ In its original packaging
  • ✅ Include receipt or proof of purchase

📧 HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include in your email:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged/defective)
  • Your bank account details for refund (bank name, account number, IBAN)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with:

  • 📦 Return shipping instructions
  • 📍 Return address details
  • 📋 Return authorization number

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


⚠️ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@emiratesemporium.store

For defective/damaged items:

  • FREE return - no handling fees
  • ✅ Full refund of item price
  • ✅ We cover all return costs

Please include clear photos of the damage/defect when contacting us.


❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • ❌ Personal care and beauty products (opened or used)
  • ❌ Perishable goods
  • ❌ Custom or personalized items
  • ❌ Intimate or sanitary products
  • ❌ Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
  • ❌ Gift cards

🔄 EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:

  1. Return your original item following the return process above
  2. Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the item you want

💰 REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status via email.

Refund Calculation:

  • Regular Returns: Item price - 10 AED handling fee = Refund amount
  • Example: If you paid 58 AED, your refund will be 48 AED
  • Defective/Damaged Items: Full refund (no handling fee)

Refund Timeline:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days via bank transfer
  • Bank processing: Additional 3-5 business days (depending on your bank)

Refund Method:

All refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please provide your complete bank account details (bank name, account number, IBAN) when initiating your return.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@emiratesemporium.store
